At PawModes, your satisfaction — and your pet's — is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns on items damaged through use, final sale items, or opened personal care/hygiene products.

How to Return Email us at manager@fin-tech-day.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately and we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
